Note

  1. Under category C, an admission shall not be granted to the candidate with rank on admission merit below cut-off-point by not more than 10%.

  2. Under category B, an admission shall not be granted to the candidate with rank on admission merit below than cut-off-point.

  3. In case the seats remain vacant under category B & C, those other than Quetta, would be counted towards open merit: Balochistan.

Admission Criteria

The candidates seeking admission to MBA Banking & Finance (Afternoon) Program on Self-Finance Basis must meet the following eligibility criteria.

  1. Graduates with at least 2nd division from any recognized University of Pakistan/Foreign University.

  2. The candidate shall have to secure 45% marks to qualify the admission test. Qualifying the admission test and appearing for the interview are compulsory for admission. If any candidate fails to appear before the admission committee for written test and interview on the fix time and date, he/she shall not be considered for admission.

Post Graduate Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration leading to Master in Business Administration

Salient Features 

 Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration

This is a six-month study program comprising two quarters. Each quarter consists of three and half months, three months for teaching and two weeks for the conduct of examination and the declaration of results. The program may be completed within the maximum period of 18 months (1-1/2 years) from the date of its registration. The program offers the package of five courses, at the discretion of the IMS. The candidate shall not be allowed to take the courses more than that offered in each quarter.

Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration

This is a ninth-month study program comprising three quarters. Each quarter consists of three and half months, three months for teaching and two weeks for the conduct of examination and the declaration of results. The program may be completed within the maximum period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of its registration. The program offers the package of ten courses, at the discretion of the IMS. The candidate shall not be allowed to take the courses more than that offered in each quarter.
